Job Vacancy | Logistics & Customs Specialist – Import & Export
A manufacturing company located in TEDA Industrial Zone – Ain Sokhna is looking for an experienced Logistics & Customs Specialist to join its team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, customs clearance, import, and export operations.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is highly preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of import and export procedures in Egypt.
• Experience dealing with Customs Authorities, ports, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs clearance companies.
• Good knowledge of NAFEZA platform and ACID procedures.
• Experience preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documents, including:
• Commercial Invoices
• Packing Lists
• Bills of Lading
• Certificates of Origin
• Import / Export documentation
• Customs clearance documents
• Ability to follow up shipments from order placement until customs clearance and delivery to the factory.
• Experience coordinating sea, air, and land shipments.
• Ability to follow up with suppliers, shipping agents, customs brokers, and governmental authorities.
• Good knowledge of customs duties, shipping costs, demurrage, storage, and related logistics expenses.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Very good command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Very Good English, both reading and communication, is preferred.

⭐ Previous experience with Chinese companies, TEDA Industrial Zone, Ain Sokhna Port, or SCZONE is considered a strong advantage.

💰 Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
🔹 Weekly day off: Friday, with the possibility of accumulated monthly leave according to the company system.

🏠 Accommodation is available for non-local employees. (Males Only).
🍽️ Daily meals are provided for non-local employees.
