Logistics Coordinator
📍 Location: El Waraq, Giza

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (Air, Sea & Land Freight).

Manage import/export documentation and customs requirements.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and 3PL providers.

Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues proactively.

Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and Incoterms.

Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, sales, and finance teams.

Track logistics costs and support continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. ✔ 2–4 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Import & Export. ✔ Strong knowledge of shipping documents and customs procedures. ✔ Good understanding of Incoterms 2020. ✔ Experience using ERP/TMS systems and Advanced Microsoft Excel. ✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. ✔ Good command of English.
