Logistics Coordinator

🚀 We’re Hiring: Logistics Coordinator! 🚚
We are looking for a results-driven Logistics Coordinator to manage our daily delivery operations and partner relationships.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Manage delivery partner relationships (e.g., Bosta, Aramex) to ensure SLA compliance and competitive rates across all zones.
Oversee Return-To-Sender (RTS) processes and decide reattempts for failed deliveries within company budget.
Reconcile Cash-On-Delivery (COD) collections and settlements with delivery partners and Finance.
Coordinate order handoffs with internal Admin & Back Office teams.
📋 Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or courier account management.
Hands-on experience with Bosta, Aramex, or similar delivery platforms.
Strong COD reconciliation and financial tracking skills.
Solid decision-making for delivery exceptions and returns.
