We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Local Procurement Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement local sourcing and procurement strategies.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, goods, and services while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with planning, operations, finance, and warehouse teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in local procurement, sourcing, or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• ⁠ERP Experience ODOO is a must.
