Junior Logistics Specialist At MezaTech “0experience”

MezaTech is looking for a Junior Logistics Specialist to join our team and support our daily logistics and transportation operations.
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily logistics operations, including pickups, deliveries, shipments, and route coordination.
Coordinate with drivers, couriers, suppliers, and 3PL providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Track shipments and delivery status and follow up on any delays or issues.
Follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure all delivery records are properly updated.
Assist in monitoring inventory movements and logistics documentation.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and related documents.
Support the preparation of logistics reports and performance updates.
Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and Customer Service teams when needed.
Assist in resolving day-to-day logistics issues and ensure proper follow-up.
Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
