*Job Description
– Identify, evaluate, and select overseas suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
– Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and shipping conditions with international vendors.
– Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, purchasing orders, and documentation.
– Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics teams to ensure smooth import operations.
– Monitor and track shipment status to guarantee on-time delivery.
– Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, import laws, and company policies.
– Prepare reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
– Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Production, etc) to align procurement activities with organizational needs.


*Job Requirements
– 0 – 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Basic understanding of international trade and import regulations.
– Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new procurement processes and technologies.
