Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Electrical Procurement Engineer located in Heliopolis. The role involves supporting procurement operations by evaluating suppliers, managing purchase orders, and preparing Requests for Quotation (RFQs). The Junior Electrical Procurement Engineer will analyze market trends, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-quality electrical components and materials. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key aspects of the role. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Supplier Evaluation and managing Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
- Experience in processing and managing Purchase Orders
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess supplier proposals and cost-effectiveness
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Procurement, or a related field
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and technical aspects of electrical materials is a plus
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools is advantageous
