✅Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
-Good English verbal & written
-Preferably 2–5 years of experience in the textile industry
-Experience in SMV calculation, line balancing, and time studies
✅Responsibilities:
-Report performance and efficiency in the production departments, establish standard minute values (SMV), and supervise Industrial Engineering (IE) assistants.
-Calculate and publish standard minute costs.
-Calculate labor costs for new products.
-Review methods in production departments and make recommendations.
-Establish the most efficient working methods and workplace layouts.
-Recommend machinery and equipment with optimum cost during purchasing processes related to production.
