Indirect Procurement Supervisor At YES PAC

YES PAC Packaging solutions is looking for an (Indirect #Procurement Supervisor) to join our procurement team!
📍6th of October City, Giza

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of indirect purchase requests (PRs) on ERP
• Source suppliers and prepare technical/commercial comparison sheets
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers
• Issue and follow-up purchase orders (POs) through to delivery
• Improve lead times to align with company requirements
• Achieve targeted cost reduction rates set by the company
• Supervise the indirect procurement team and distribute tasks
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on a regular basis
• Follow up on contracts and services for departments and projects
• Prepare periodic reports, KPIs, and cost saving reports

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, commerce, or any related field
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement within a manufacturing/factory environment is a must.
• Very good command of English
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems required; SAP preferred
• Solid knowledge of procurement and contracting supply chain cycle
• Preferred living in October or Giza.
