• Job Description
• Procure and manage all incoming PRs from requesters related to (CAPEX/Spare Parts/Smallware/Equipment/Operation Tools/IT/Uniform/Services/Stationery/General Supplies).
• Prepare RFQ.
• Negotiate effectively on price and payment terms.
• Manage the Procure-To-Pay (P2P) cycle internally and externally.
• Issue Purchase Orders and agreements based on confirmed requirements.
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and address any issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve problems and concerns.
• Job Requirements
• Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience in Indirect Procurement; experience in QSR/F&B/FMCG is required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
