We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Import Specialist to join our team.
📍 Location:
6th of October Industrial Zone , Then Relocate to Sadat City

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up on import shipments from purchase order until final delivery.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and courier companies.
Prepare and review import documentation, including:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
Certificate of Origin
Ensure compliance with Egyptian customs regulations and import requirements.
Apply for Form 4 and follow up with banks and the finance team.
Track shipment status and resolve shipping or customs clearance issues.
Prepare daily logistics reports, shipment updates, and KPI reports.
Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Production) to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities to optimize logistics expenses.
Ensure timely customs clearance to avoid storage and demurrage charges.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Import, Customs Clearance, or International Logistics.
Strong knowledge of:
International Shipping
Customs Clearance
Trade Compliance
Incoterms
Experience dealing with customs brokers and freight forwarders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience using Nafeza platform.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of HS Codes and customs tariff classification.
Valid driving license is a plus.
