2–3 years of proven experience in Import operations.

Solid knowledge of customs clearance procedures and import documentation.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.

Good knowledge of shipping terms (Incoterms) and logistics.

High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) – ERP knowledge is a plus.
