At Fast Forward Logistics Co., we’re looking for an experienced Import Operations Specialist to join our growing Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end import shipments (Sea Freight, Air Freight, and Land Transportation).
• Follow up with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and customs brokers.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Delivery Orders.
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pricing, Customs Clearance, Transportation, Warehousing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
• Resolve operational issues, shipment delays, and documentation discrepancies.
• Review supplier invoices and support accurate customer invoicing.
• Maintain accurate operational records within the company’s systems.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs requirements.
  Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Operations (Import experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Sea Freight, Air Freight, shipping documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
