📝 Job Description:
We’re looking for a motivated Operations Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team. You’ll be handling daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth movement of shipments by air, sea, and land, while keeping our clients happy and shipments compliant with international regulations

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor shipments from origin to destination.
- Handle and review shipping documents (Bills of Lading, invoices, customs paperwork).
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and vendors to resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with customs, import/export laws, and shipping regulations.
- Negotiate with carriers and vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate shipment records

✅ Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (and freight forwarding software is a plus).
