We’re Hiring an Import Operation Representative – Customer Service Dept.

Location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt
Experience: 1–5 years

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Experience in import operations, customs clearance procedures, and inland trucking.
• Practical experience on using the Nafeza Portal, including ACID issuance.
• Strong understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and import operations.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, carriers, and the customs clearance team to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining effective communication with all parties involved.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
