📢 Job Opportunity – Import Coordinator

Diniz Adient Egypt is seeking a qualified and motivated Import Coordinator to join our team at our facility in Ismailia Free Zone, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Coordinate and monitor import shipments from suppliers to the plant
▪ Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and customs clearance documentation
▪ Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant authorities
▪ Ensure timely delivery of imported materials and components
▪ Track shipment status and resolve logistics-related issues proactively
▪ Ensure compliance with import regulations and internal procedures
▪ Maintain accurate records and reporting related to import activities

Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
▪ Experience in import operations, logistics, customs clearance, or supply chain coordination
▪ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
▪ Fluent in English, both written and spoken
▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
▪ Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
▪ Previous experience working within the Ismailia Free Public Zone is highly preferred
