We are Hiring: Head of Procurement (Manufacturing)! 🚀
Are you a strategic procurement leader with a proven track record in driving supply chain excellence? Do you thrive in dynamic manufacturing environments and have a knack for securing high-value contracts? If yes, we want you on our team!
We are looking for a visionary Head of Procurement to lead our end-to-end sourcing strategies, manage heavy machinery (CAPEX) procurement, and optimize our global supplier network.
🌍 Location: Cairo / East Port Said
💼 Experience: 8–12 years (Preferably in Metal Manufacturing)

What You’ll Do:
Lead Strategic Sourcing: Spearhead the procurement of advanced production lines (Forming, Rolling, Cutting & Fabrication systems).
Master Vendor & Contract Management: Initiate and negotiate high-value contracts, handle Letters of Credit (L/Cs), and optimize logistics using the best INCOTERMS.
Drive Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends, mitigate risks, and execute value engineering initiatives without compromising quality.

What We Are Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (MBA is a plus).
🤝 Proven track record in high-value CAPEX negotiations and international sourcing.
📊 Strong expertise in budgeting, cost analysis, and ERP systems.
🚢 Solid understanding of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export regulations.
🗣️ Fluency in English and Arabic.
