📍Location: Sheraton, Cairo

Job Purpose:
Oversee and optimize demand planning processes to ensure accurate forecasts, enhance inventory management, and align business needs with supply capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop demand planning and forecasting reports using advanced tools.
2. Manage demand planning scenarios and conduct what-if analyses.
3. Collaborate with teams and support demand insights for new projects or market expansion.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in demand planning operations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 8-12 years in planning or supply chain, preferably in a multi-entity setup.
• Certifications: CPIM/CSCP (preferred).
• Skills & Tools:
  ◦ Advanced Microsoft Excel
  ◦ Demand planning/forecasting platforms
  ◦ Data analysis and KPI dashboards
