Are you an experienced General Manager, Plant Manager, Factory Manager, Operations Manager, or Production Director in the garment, textile, or apparel manufacturing industry?
A leading international manufacturing company is looking for a General Manager to lead its production base in Ismailia, Egypt.
What we’re looking for:
✅ 8–10 years of production management experience in garment or textile manufacturing.
✅ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
✅ Fluent in Arabic & English.
✅ Chinese language is a strong advantage.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Leading factory operations and production.
• Improving productivity, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Managing production planning, logistics, and factory performance.
• Building high-performing teams.
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
