Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Operations Supervisor based in Cairo, Egypt. The Freight Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless freight movement and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, coordinating logistics activities, maintaining compliance with regulations, addressing customer inquiries, and facilitating effective communication across teams. The role will also involve staff training and development to ensure optimal performance.

• Handling shipments from A to Z (export & import)

• Communicating with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents

• Preparing competitive quotations (FCL / LCL & Air Freight)

• Managing ACID procedures and customs documentation

• Preparing shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, B/L, AWB)

• Shipment tracking and coordination

• Preparing operational reports
