Foreign Procurement Specialist

About the Role:
Egypt Cables Manufacturing ECM is looking for a Foreign Procurement Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to support the sourcing and procurement of raw materials and spare parts from international suppliers. The role requires strong English communication skills to manage supplier negotiations and international procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and procure raw materials and spare parts from international suppliers
• Request and evaluate quotations and prepare commercial comparison sheets
• Negotiate prices delivery schedules and payment terms with foreign suppliers
• Issue purchase orders and follow up shipments deliveries and documentation
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams regarding spare parts requirements
• Classify spare parts according to priority such as Critical Emergency and Routine
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure procurement activities support uninterrupted production operations
• Review supply terms according to Incoterms and company procurement procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Engineering or related field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in foreign procurement preferably in manufacturing or industrial companies
• Excellent command of English spoken and written is essential for communication with international suppliers
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of international purchasing logistics and Incoterms
• ERP system experience is an advantage, preferably(SAP)
