♦️ Key Responsibilities:
– Schedule, route, and coordinate daily shuttle buses for factory shifts (morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts) to guarantee zero downtime on production lines.
– Continuously map and optimize transportation routes based on worker density across the 10th of Ramadan city, Sharqia, and surrounding areas.
– Manage relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and daily operations with external bus and transport contractors.
– Audit and verify monthly vendor invoices against actual trips, route logs, and attendance records.
– Monitor daily fuel consumption, establish benchmark fuel rates per route, and implement controls to eliminate fuel wastage or theft.
– Track vehicle movement via GPS systems to monitor route adherence, speed limits, and departure/arrival schedules.
– Oversee preventive maintenance programs, technical inspections, and emergency repair schedules with certified workshops.
– Manage vehicle licensing, traffic permits, insurance policies, and driver documentation to ensure 100% legal compliance.
– Provide immediate on-ground response to road accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or route blockages by mobilizing backup buses instantly.
– Enforce safety protocols, ensuring all fleet vehicles comply with industrial HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
♦️Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in fleet and transport logistics strictly within manufacturing environments (Textile or Carpet industry experience is a strong plus).
• Must reside in 10th of Ramadan City or immediate adjacent areas.
• Deep geographic knowledge of worker gathering points and transit routes on 10th of Ramadan in Sharqia and surrounding areas.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking fuel consumption, mileage, and cost analytics.
• Solid understanding of Egyptian traffic laws and corporate fleet regulations.
• Strong leadership and firm personality to manage drivers and transport contractors effectively.
• Excellent crisis management skills and the ability to work under high pressure.
