Fleet Supervisor
A leading company located in Obour City, Egypt is looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily fleet and transportation operations.
Manage vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
Monitor fuel consumption and fleet operating costs.
Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with drivers, workshops, and external service providers.
Prepare fleet performance reports and recommend process improvements.
Track vehicle documentation, licenses, and insurance renewals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in Fleet Management or Transportation Operations.
Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, vehicle scheduling, and cost control.
Experience with GPS tracking and fleet management systems is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
