A leading Food Manufacturing & Export company is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead factory operations and drive operational excellence.

Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Factory Manager in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.
✔ Experience in managing KPIs, productivity, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills.
✔ Experience in export-oriented food manufacturing is a plus.
