A leading food manufacturing and export company is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead its manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence.
📍 Factory Location: Ismailia, Egypt
📍 Head Office: Cairo, Egypt
Key Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Factory Manager in the FMCG industry (Food Manufacturing experience is essential)
✔ Strong knowledge of production, maintenance, engineering, quality assurance, warehouse, and supply chain operations
✔ Experience in managing factory KPIs, productivity, cost optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
✔ Experience in export-oriented food manufacturing is a strong advantage
