We are currently hiring an Export Specialist – International Business Development (Food & Beverage) to join our growing team with 2–3 years of experience in export operations or international sales within the fresh food & beverage industry.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding international business opportunities, building strong relationships with overseas importers and distributors, and supporting the company’s export growth strategy.
-Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and develop leads with international importers, wholesalers, distributors, and retail buyers
• Identify new export opportunities and target international markets for food & beverage products
• Coordinate with overseas clients regarding quotations, pricing, samples, and shipment arrangements
• Source and negotiate with suppliers across Egypt to secure high-quality products at competitive prices
• Travel within Egypt to evaluate suppliers, factories, farms, and product quality standards
• Manage export documentation, logistics coordination, shipping schedules, and customs procedures
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks, and logistics partners to ensure smooth export operations
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, NAFEZA procedures, and international food safety standards
-Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in export operations or international sales
• Strong understanding of export documentation, shipping procedures, and logistics coordination
• Experience in supplier sourcing, purchasing, and price negotiations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international payment methods
• Existing network of suppliers or international buyers is a plus
• Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
