📢 We’re Hiring: Export Sales Specialist — Sadat City
Forsa Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading IQF (individually quick frozen) fruit producer and exporter based in Sadat City, supplying frozen fruit to international markets.
About the Role
As the Export Sales Specialist, you’ll own the export sales cycle from closing bulk deals with international buyers through to coordinating shipments. You’ll focus mainly on markets in Europe and the Far East. The role combines sales and export logistics, so you’ll manage both the client relationship and the deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow relationships with existing international accounts
* Prepare offers and negotiate pricing and contract terms
* Coordinate export logistics with production, shipping lines, and freight forwarders
* Follow up on export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, health certificates)
* Track orders, shipments, and payments through to delivery
* Report on sales pipeline, volumes, and market feedback to management
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years’ experience in export sales or export account management
* Experience in frozen food, fruits and vegetables, or agri-food export is a strong plus
* Solid knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and shipping documentation
* Fluent English (C1); a second foreign language is a plus
* Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
* Based in or able to commute to Sadat City
