We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Operations Specialist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete export shipment lifecycle from booking confirmation to final destination.
• Manage and coordinate export shipments across ocean freight, air freight, and land transportation while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and service agreements.
• Prepare and review export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents.
• Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, customs clearance, and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Provide proactive shipment updates and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and shipping lines.
• Identify and resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update operational data in the ERP/IST system
• Provide customers with shipment updates, status reports, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with sales, and finance teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Handle claims, discrepancies, and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2- 3 years of experience in export operations within the freight forwarding industry is mandatory.
• Strong experience and knowledge on all modes of delivery such as trucking, airline, shipping
• Managerial skills, problem-solving, Leadership, Customer Service, Planning & Organizing, Negotiation skills.
• Experience in ERP (IST system).
• Excellent computer skills, advanced office applications.
• Excellent English skills.
