📢 We’re Hiring – Export Operations Executive (Freight Forwarding)
Location: Cairo, Egypt
We are looking for a motivated Export Operations Executive to join our Freight Forwarding team.
Key Responsibilities: •
2- customer service.
Handle export shipments (Ocean shipments ).
- Coordinate with shipping lines
• Prepare and review export documentation (BL, Invoices,SD, etc.). - Arrange bookings and monitor shipment schedules.
• Follow up on cargo movement and provide shipment updates to clients.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth shipment execution. - Maintain accurate shipment records and system updates.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Export Operations within a Freight Forwarding company.
- Good knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills. • Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
