Export Logistics & Operations Manager At IFFCO Egypt
In this role, you will be responsible for Leading and Coordinating the end-to end export process , ensuring accurate order execution, timely documentation, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service from order placement through shipment delivery and customs clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage export sales orders in SAP and monitor order execution, shipment schedules, ETD/ETA, and delivery status.
Coordinate new product introductions, material code creation, artwork approvals, and master data updates. Resolve order blockages and drive effective coordination across Sales, Finance, Treasury, Factory, and Logistics teams.
Oversee Letter of Credit (LC) requirements, shipping instructions, and export documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Review, approve, and dispatch shipping documents according to customer requirements and payment terms.
Monitor shipments, communicate updates proactively, and support customers through customs clearance and delivery.
Serve as the primary operational contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
Identify and escalate operational risks, documentation discrepancies, and potential delays to ensure smooth execution.
