Role Description The Export Customer Service Coordinator (French Speaker) is a full-time, on-site role based in 6th of October City. The coordinator will handle day-to-day communication with French-speaking international customers, responding to inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely information regarding shipments and documentation. Responsibilities include following up on export schedules, coordinating with internal departments (production, logistics, and quality), and maintaining up-to-date records of customer requests and orders. The role also involves monitoring order status, resolving service issues, and proactively supporting customers to ensure a smooth export process and a positive overall experience. The coordinator will contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and support the export team in meeting service and performance targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Fluency in French and very good command of English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
- Previous experience in export operations, logistics, or international customer service, preferably in the food or agriculture sector.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or export documentation systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in 6th of October City and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field) is preferred.
