Vacancy: Export coordinator
An Egyptian Austrian company specialized in furniture accessories decoration and located in 10th of Ramadan City.
Job Description:
*Coordinate the end-to-end export process, including documentation, shipping, cargo booking and customs clearance.
* Prepare export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, BL, export licenses ..etc.
* Ensure compliance with customs export regulations and requirements with local and international trade laws at destinations’ countries (such as export control regulations, requirements and trade embargoes)
* Communicate externally with customers, airlines, shipping lines and freight forwarders to ensure smooth implementation and shipping rate cost efficiency for export shipments
* Work closely with the planning, warehouse, and finance teams to streamline the export process internally to maintain correct and timely delivery and conditions.
* Track shipments and provide status updates to customers
* Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export documents.
* Maintain accurate implementation of the export procedures and records transactions.
* Stay updated about changes in export regulations and industry trends globally
*Handle the processing of customers’ orders with accuracy and timeliness
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in International Business, foreign trade or a related business field.
* Logistics background 1 -2 years is highly preferable
* Excellent MS office, writing and speaking skills in English.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a very fast-paced dynamic environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with detail-oriented character and strong organizational skills
