Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Manager, based in 6th of October. The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering teams, manage projects and timelines, and ensure seamless integration of solutions and processes. Daily responsibilities include guiding software development initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving technical excellence while fostering a high-performing team culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
- Strong skills in Project Management, including task delegation and meeting deadlines
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience 10years in real estate development or construction projects is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
