About the Role
Manage end‑to‑end procurement activities for electronics direct materials.
Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers in line with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
- Lead price negotiations and contract discussions to achieve cost optimization.
- Support localization and risk mitigation strategies for Egypt and Malta supply chains.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams on new projects and changes.
- Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist handling electronics direct materials.
- Strong background in automotive and/or home appliances industries (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of electronic components, BOM structures, and supplier markets.
- Experience working with global and regional suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a cross‑functional and multicultural environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of procurement software and tools.
