About the job
1. Assortment, Pricing & Promotion Management
* Maintain and update the online assortment, pricing, and promotions based on inputs from the Trading and Commercial teams.
* Ensure all product details and offers are accurately reflected across the Spinneys App and aggregator plattorms.
* Support in setting up and verifying promotional campaigns according to the approved commercial
calendar.
* Check accuracy of prices, timing, and product tagging for all campaigns, coordinating with the Content and Marketing teams for proper visibility.
2. Sales & Performance Tracking
* Monitor daily and weekly sales performance by category, store, and channel, highlighting trends and exceptions.
* Track promotion results and assess their contribution to sales and margin performance.
* Share regular reports and insights with the E-commerce Commercial Manager to support decision-making.
3. Aggregator Performance Management
* Track and report performance of aggregator platforms (Talabat, Instashop, etc.), covering sales, orders, AOV, and assortment status.
* Support assortment and price updates on aggregator dashboards as needed.
* Identify top and low-performing SKUs and flag improvement opportunities to the Commercial Manager.
* Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to align aggregator activations with broader commercial plans.
4. Coordination, Data Accuracy & Reporting
* Collaborate with Trading, Marketing, Content, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of online commercial activities.
* Conduct regular checks to validate data accuracy across pricing, assortment, and promotions.
Identify discrepancies or issues and ensure timely corrective actions are taken.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
* Minimum 3 years experience
* Previous Experience in Retail is a must
* Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data an identify market trends
* Experience in e-commerce platforms and online sales management
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in sales strategies and knowledge of retail operations
* Organizational and problem-solving skills
