Distribution & Warehousing Engineer At Haier Electric Egyp

📍 Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the daily distribution plan to deliver raw materials, components, and spare parts to production lines based on the factory’s production schedule.
Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, issuing, and inventory control (FIFO system).
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow and minimize downtime.
Monitor inventory levels, analyze consumption patterns, and set reorder points to maintain optimal stock levels.
Utilize ERP systems (SAP or similar) for inventory transactions, reporting, and data analysis.
Ensure proper handling and storage of electronic components and temperature-sensitive parts.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and distribution accuracy.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inventory performance, material consumption, and distribution KPIs.
Supervise loading/unloading operations and coordinate with external logistics providers when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Mechatronics preferred).
2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, material distribution, or production planning within a manufacturing environment (home appliances, electronics, or refrigeration industry is a must).
Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Solid understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and lean manufacturing principles.
