We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented hashtag#Direct_Procurement Engineer to join our growing Supply Chain team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies for direct materials and critical services.
– Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value in cost, quality, and delivery.
– Place and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely material delivery according to production schedules.
– Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams to support business needs.
– Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier data, and contracts.
– Monitor supplier performance and support corrective actions when needed.
– Support supplier onboarding and compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
-Resolve supply shortages and quality issues professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

🔹 Engineering graduates ( Automotive – Production ) preferred
🔹 1–2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
🔹 Automotive industry experience is preferred.
🔹 Experience using Odoo ERP is a plus.
🔹 Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
🔹 Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
🔹 Excellent English proficiency.
