Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager – Logistics to oversee import-export operations, SEZ compliance, and documentation processes. The role requires expertise in supply chain management, regulatory adherence, and efficient handling of logistics documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import and export logistics operations.
- Ensure SEZ compliance and adherence to government regulations.
- Oversee preparation and verification of export-import documentation.
- Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities.
- Implement compliance processes for SEZ and logistics operations.
- Drive efficiency in supply chain management and logistics workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of compliance documents.
- Support audits and inspections related to logistics and SEZ operations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in logistics, import-export, and SEZ compliance.
- Strong knowledge of documentation processes for international trade.
- Familiarity with SEZ regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
