Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate monthly demand planning cycles with Group BUs and consolidate forecasts.
• Ensure system alignment for customers, fleets, campaigns, and major events.
• Drive ordering discipline using CAT tools and internal planning data.
• Monitor planned vs. emergency orders and support performance improvement actions.
• Review and control add-to-stock, rebuild, and non-stock requests in line with governance policies.
• Support backorder optimization and conversion to structured planned orders.
• Analyze surplus, returns, inter-territorial transfers, and annual write-offs.
• Monitor key working capital elements including allocations, Work in Progress (WIP), protected parts, and stock aging.
• Ensure adherence to inventory and returns policies across business units.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Parts, Supply Chain, Planning, or Operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Power BI is an advantage)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
