Demand Planning / Inventory Planning Specialist
Simplex is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Demand Planning / Inventory Planning Specialist.
#Key_Responsibilities
• Analyze sales and demand data to identify stocking needs and optimize inventory levels.
• Identify top-performing SKUs and support product classification processes.
• Suggest reorder points and inventory planning recommendations.
• Prepare demand and inventory reports to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with purchasing, operations, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and efficiency.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, sales analysis, or operational planning.
• Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and basic formulas.
• Good understanding of the relationship between sales, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to turn data into clear and practical recommendations.
Tools & Systems:
• Excel / Google Sheets
• ERP or Inventory Management Systems
• Sales & Inventory Reporting Tools
• Looker Studio or similar data visualization tools is a plus
