Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 1-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis).
Knowledge of forecasting techniques and methodologies.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges in demand and supply planning and proactively propose solutions.
