Role: Data Analyst
Work Location: New Cairo
Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports to provide real-time business insights.
•Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support business decisions.
•Analyze sales data, market trends, and growth opportunities.
•Track business performance through KPIs and provide analytical insights and recommendations.
•Support forecasting and business planning through data modeling and analytical reporting.
•Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
•Support pricing strategies and monitor discount structures.
•Monitor business progress, identify gaps, and report risks or deviations.
Coordinate across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution of plans.
•Improve administrative processes and enhance operational efficiency.
•Develop and implement SOPs and drive continuous process improvement.
•Support B2B marketing initiatives and business growth strategies.
•Identify operational risks and support compliance with internal policies and governance requirements.
•Coordinate strategic meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action plans.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business administration, sales operations, commercial planning, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with dashboards, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
