Role Objectives
Dark Store Manager is an intense, fast-paced, hands-on role managing a single dark store—the key cornerstone of our operations. This dynamic position is heavily invested in day-to-day operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management, order picking, packing, and delivery processes within the FP.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Provide clear direction and general guidance to the FP staff in the implementation of procedures and ensure that these are translated and enforced into action to meet operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaise with Logistics coordinators to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Provide updates on Fulfillment Point (FP) performance to District Managers.
- Assist in growing our customer base by providing excellent service.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
- Familiarity with technology solutions in logistics and supply chain management
- Proven experience in fulfillment center management and last mile delivery operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
