Customs Clearance Manager At Ateb Group “Alex”

📍 Location: Alexandria, Egypt
🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all customs clearance activities for import and export shipments.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian customs laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
• Review and ensure accuracy of customs documentation and declarations.
• Follow up on customs procedures, inspections, releases, and shipment clearance.
• Monitor clearance costs, duties, and related expenses.
• Resolve customs-related issues and delays efficiently.
• Lead and supervise the customs clearance team.
• Ensure timely clearance of shipments while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
• Keep the team updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures.
  🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customs clearance, preferably in both Import & Export.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Customs Laws and procedures.
• Strong experience dealing with customs authorities and relevant governmental entities.
• Good knowledge of shipping and logistics operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
