โ€ข Develop and track performance metrics, reports, and process KPIs.
โ€ข Support system enhancements, process automation initiatives, and CRM-related projects.

โ€ข Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
โ€ข 3โ€“5 years of experience in CRM, process improvement, business analysis, or customer relations.
โ€ข Experience within the real estate sector is highly preferred.
โ€ข Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping skills.
โ€ข Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
โ€ข Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and CRM systems.
โ€ข Excellent command of the English language.
