🚨 WE ARE HIRING | Control Room Officer

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Working Hours: Rotational Shifts

We are looking for a Control Room Officer to join our team and support an international transportation operation outside Egypt.

🌍 This role requires daily communication with drivers from different nationalities, so strong English communication skills are essential.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and track transportation operations, trips, routes, and vehicle movements through the transportation management system.
Follow up on delays, route deviations, breakdowns, and other operational issues.
Communicate directly with drivers and provide the required operational support and follow-up.
Coordinate with different teams to resolve transportation issues quickly and efficiently.
Monitor the status of ongoing trips and escalate critical incidents when required.
Maintain accurate operational records and prepare daily reports.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education.
Very Good to Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken.
Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with drivers from different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
Good computer skills and ability to work with monitoring / transportation management systems.
Strong communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple situations simultaneously.
Previous experience in transportation, fleet management, logistics, delivery operations, or any related transportation activity is preferred.
Previous experience dealing with drivers is a strong advantage.
Willingness and flexibility to work on rotational shifts.
