AluNile is seeking a qualified Contract Engineer to join our team and lead contract management activities across our projects.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐
Prepare, review, and manage different types of contracts.
Ensure contract documents are accurate and properly maintained.
Handle project claims, variation orders (VO), and guarantees.
Follow up on contract close-out, extensions, and renewals.
Support project teams with contract-related matters and risk allocation.
Coordinate with management and finance regarding contracts and project performance.
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐
BSc in Engineering (Construction Management or related field).
3โ5 years of experience in contracts within the construction industry.
CLAC or CCP certification is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and Microsoft Office skills.
