Monginis Egypt is hiring a Continuous Improvement Section Head
Location: Abu Rawash – Giza
Work type: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze production processes and identify improvement opportunities.
-Implement Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
-Monitor and analyze KPIs and operational performance data.
-Conduct time studies and recommend process optimization initiatives.
-Train and coach team leaders and production staff to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or a related field.
-3–7 years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement, Production, or FMCG industry.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
-Proficiency in MS Office, Visio, and ERP systems.
