CargoX Operations Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Single Window & CargoX Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling shipment documentation through the Single Window system and CargoX platform, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of all required documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and manage shipment documents on the Single Window and CargoX platforms.

• Review and follow up on all shipment documents to ensure completeness and compliance with regulations.

• Create and manage ACID Numbers for shipments.

• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers and customers regarding shipment documentation requirements.

• Ensure timely submission of documents to avoid delays in customs clearance.

• Maintain organized records of shipment files and documentation.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with Single Window and CargoX systems is preferred.

• Good knowledge of shipping documentation and import/export procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and customers.

• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
