Responsibilities:
- Partner with global and regional partners, provide inputs to ensure market needs are addressed, synergize with other initiatives, and ensure ongoing coordination for the smooth operation of the product in the market.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Manage clients’ expectations and recommend to the company executives ways his department or division can better meet company goals.
- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
- Manage business development and marketing team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
- Proven sales track record.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Project, or Account Management within the software industry.
- Extensive e-commerce Industry Knowledge.
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Strong presentation & report writing skills.
- Advanced Computer skills.
- Strong Customer Relationship Management.
- Ability to perfectly communicate in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to keep both the company goals and client expectations in mind when developing business strategies.
